RETURN POLICY We hope you love your boujee item(s)! Sometimes circumstances result in the need to return an item, and we get it. With the exception of custom orders (see refund policy for custom orders on the custom order form), we offer refund, or exchange, or store credit, after an item has been shipped back to us within the first 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund, store credit or exchange of any kind. Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number or a copy of the email confirmation of your return in the returned package. Upcycled items are one-of-a-kind, and therefore are not eligible for replacement of an identical item. We only replace upcycled items items with similar, or "as-close-as-we-can-get-to-the-original" with respect to patch, item material, size, and color. Partial refunds may be offered in lieu of a full refund if a returned item(s) is not in its original condition, and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for refund, store replacement, or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If, upon inspection, the returned item is found to be unused and in the same condition it was in when you received it, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (upon inspection). If you have not received a refund after 7-10 business days of receipt of an email from us confirming your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please NOTE: Upcycled items do NOT QUALIFY as defective under any circumstances, and therefore, we will ONLY cover return shipping costs on upcycled items if we sent the wrong item. If an upcycled item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us at customercare@boujeebelle.com For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
